Location: Hartford, CT


Job Description:

  • Over 15+ years of experience as a Distributed/Platform/Devops Engineer with 8+ Years of experience managing/supporting the AWS Cloud Platform
  • Experience designing and building application environments on AWS, which includes working with services like EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, AWS EKS, ECR, ECS, ACM, etc.
  • Architecting, Design, and Building experience in Control Tower, Organizational Units, and Security Policies
  • Experience designing serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
  • Experience in Creating and managing IAM roles and policies
  • Hands-on experience with AWS EC2, VPC, subnets, security groups, NAT gateways, route tables, etc.
  • Experience in creating and managing telemetry using at least one Cloud observability toolkit (such as Cloud Watch, DynaTrace, Splunk)
  • Technical knowledge of and expertise in at least 1 major programming language (such as Python, Java, Typescript)
  • Experience in Amazon Q, co-pilot, or similar services.
  • Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery (CI/CD prefer Jenkins)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Team Lead/Management skills - Must have experience in delivering solutions with a 10+ member team
  • Well experience with Agile Ceremonies and handling Sprint deliveries
