🔎 What are they looking for?

They are seeking a talented and experience Commercial M&A Partner to join their esteemed team in Dallas, Texas. As a key member of their Corporate and M&A practice group, the successful candidate will lead and manage complex mergers and acquisitions transactions, provide strategic counsel to clients, and contribute to the continued growth and success of their firm.


📕 Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of commercial M&A transactions, from inception to closing, including due diligence, negotiations, structuring, and documentation.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to businesses of all sizes and industries.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including attorneys, paralegals, and support staff, to deliver exceptional service and value to clients.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting M&A transactions, and share knowledge and insights with colleagues and clients.


👓 Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Portable Book of Business (minimum of $1mil)
  • Active membership and good standing with the State Bar of Texas
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on commercial mergers and acquisitions.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and closing complex M&A transactions.
