Role Description

This is a 1-year, entry level, full-time on-site role for a Reality Capture Technician at ToPa 3D. Extended employment may be considered. The technician will be responsible for robotic operations, utilizing 3D scanning, As-Built modeling, and Drone technologies to provide Reality Capture services to various industries. Day-to-day tasks include 360 photography, robotic operations, and possibly conducting scans, drone mapping, working with CAD drawings, and utilizing LiDAR technology for visualizations.

Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD or similar software, 360 photography (at large scale), drone, and LiDAR technologies
• Basic understanding of survey technology as it relates to construction and ground control points
• Proficiency in operating drones for mapping and videography
• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively alone and with teams
• Excellent communication and data wrangling
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Willing to work outdoors on a regular basis in various environments
• Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
• Background check required
• Experience preferred
