Required Skills and Experience *

-14 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Science, Astronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related degree

-Space and/or Electronic Warfare experience that includes either operations, test, maintenance of mission, or test range systems

-Proficiency related to the development and publication of technical reports

-Strong analytical and briefing skills


Nice to Have Skills and Experience

-Active TS/SCI Clearance

-Experience with space T&E and EW T&E

-Technical familiarity with relevant satellite programs such as communication, navigation, and other space-related programs

-Experience with communication systems

-Experience with EW threat systems

-Experience with roadmapping, preacquisition support, requirements development, test planning.


Job Description *

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage entire projects of moderate to large complexity as a principal investigator, co-PI, or major task lead

- Direct large and diverse teams across multiple engineering disciplines, with responsibility for integration of mechanical, electrical, software, and other engineering domains as required to complete major program deliverables

- Act as primary point of contact for sponsors and external stakeholders

- Act as technical subject matter expert at the organizational or industry level in disciplines related to mechanical engineering and related research

- Design and build tools and processes to meet and accelerate major project objectives and major institutional strategic goals



Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
