Job Description:
As an SAP ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing SAP ABAP programs and applications. You will work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality SAP solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of SAP ABAP programs.
- Design and develop custom SAP solutions using ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, and other SAP development tools.
- Implement and support SAP enhancements and user exits.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and development standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all SAP ABAP developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, including Reports, Dialog Programming, ALV, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancements.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and HR.
- Experience with SAP data migration tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of SAP workflow, Adobe Forms, and Web Dynpro is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with integration technologies such as IDoc, RFC, and Web Services.
