The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and detail, and the ability to create engaging, visually appealing instructional materials that enhance the learning experience.


Responsibilities:

  • As an Instructional Designer with expertise in graphic design, visual design, and motion graphics, you will create engaging and visually appealing instructional materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and infographics.
  • You will collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor learning solutions to the target audience, applying instructional design models and adult learning theories.
  • Your role involves developing high-quality graphic elements, compelling course interfaces, and dynamic motion graphics, while managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery of innovative learning experiences.
  • Ensure all graphic content aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the overall user experience.
  • Develop visually compelling course interfaces, templates, and multimedia components that are user-friendly and accessible.
  • Utilize visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory to improve the effectiveness of instructional content.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, visual design, and motion graphics work.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Evolve).
  • Experience with UX/UI design principles and tools is plus.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in e-learning design would be plus.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
