Position: Chemist

Responsibilities:

  • Formulation and Development: Carry out formulation of paint products, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct thorough paint evaluations to assess durability, adhesion, color consistency, and other critical properties.
  • Raw Material Selection: Assist in selecting raw materials that align with product specifications and quality standards.
  • Sample Preparation: Prepare samples for quality testing and support quality control activities.
  • Commercialization and Technology Transfer: Participate in the launch of new products, ensuring seamless technology transfer from R&D to production.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • Experience in a paint, coatings, or chemical laboratory, including formulation expertise or adhesives.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
