Pay Rate - $30.00 - $35.00/hr (Depending on years of experience)

As a Network Analyst, you will support the maintenance of our client’s remote sites and data center network infrastructure. The Network Analyst will play a critical role within this team in responding to incident tickets, helping with patchwork, and supporting network transformation projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to grow their career in network technology within the energy and utilities sector.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and submit incident tickets when needed to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.
• Support patch management and update network devices to fix vulnerabilities and improve performance
• Implement security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of network data.
• Assist in the documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Help support data center-related network enterprise projects.
• Run scripts to automate various network administrative tasks.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and firewalls including TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPN
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Experience supporting and configuring routers and switches is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Proficient in Excel
