Position Overview:

The Investment Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our portfolio management and client service efforts. This individual must excel in placing trades, preparing client proposals, organizing the company CRM, and conducting market research and analysis. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade Execution & Portfolio Support:

• Execute and confirm trades across client accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Reconcile portfolio transactions and ensure alignment with investment strategies.


2. Proposal Development:

• Create tailored investment proposals and presentations for client meetings.

• Conduct in-depth research on economic trends, market performance, and investment opportunities to support portfolio recommendations.


3. CRM Management:

• Maintain and organize the company CRM, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

• Utilize CRM tools to streamline client relationship management and task coordination.


4. Market Research & Analysis:

• Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and economic developments to provide actionable insights.

• Analyze financial statements and earnings reports to identify investment opportunities.


5. Client Support:

• Collaborate with advisors to address client inquiries and ensure their needs are met.

• Support the onboarding of new clients, including account setup and documentation.


6. Operational & Administrative Support:

• Generate performance reports and assist with preparing marketing materials.

• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and support firm growth.


Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA Level I or CFP) are a plus.


• Experience:

• 2–4 years in an investment, financial services, or analytical role.

• Proficiency with trading platforms, financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet), and CRM systems.


• Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
