Salary: Up to $150k/yr
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. This fully remote position offers a competitive salary of up to $150k per year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or development with ServiceNow, as well as extensive experience utilizing various software development tools and third-party tools to architect, design, or modify software programs, websites, applications, and reporting functions. The candidate must be able to write advanced programming code and development reports.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Utilize a variety of software development tools and third-party tools to create, modify, and maintain software programs, websites, applications, and reporting functions.
  • Develop and maintain advanced programming code and development reports.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in ServiceNow and other related technologies.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in software development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow solutions.
  • Document architectural designs, configurations, and project-related information.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience operating as a ServiceNow Architect within the FSO technology stack.
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist designation.
  • Strong engineering or development background with ServiceNow.
  • Proficient in a variety of software development tools and third-party tools.
  • Proven experience in architecting, designing, and modifying software programs, websites, applications, and reporting functions.
  • Ability to write advanced programming code and development reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with additional software development platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services.
