Technical Sales Manager

The company is a professional technological mechatronics company, provides top robotic system engineering technology. Possessing comprehensive engineering skills, the company manufactures mechanical and electronic parts, carries out analysis, and is engaged in control logic development, among various engineering activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement business plans and promotional strategies for our robotic solutions.
- Identify and manage relationships with new clients, overseeing the implementation of robotic systems.
- Achieve monthly revenue goals and manage accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to address client needs.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Establish and enhance sales organizations, leveraging a strong background in business planning and client acquisition.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the robotics field: Technical Engineering, Applications Engineering, Robot Programming, Mechanical or Electrical Service Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience as a National or Regional Sales Manager.
- Travel domestically and internationally.
- Advanced level of communication/presentation/management/relationship to perform sales and marketing activities.
