Company Overview: TheMilVet is partnered with a major fortune 500 home services organization in North Carolina area (1 hour north of Charlotte). This role would be ideal for someone coming out of a heavy services based industry - i.e., HVAC, Roofing, Siding, Windows, Electrical or Plumbing.Position Details:This is an opportunity to be a General Manager at one of the company’s partner brands. The GM will oversee all aspects of a location’s day-to-day operations; the person is the ‘sunrise and sunset’ for the entire business. The GM will drive growth, performance metrics, create an amazing workplace culture and develop all staff and management, constantly striving to be a world-class operator and helping others to do the same.You will own the full operating P&L of a specific geography in the continental US and will be responsible for driving organic growth of the business.
