Wholesale Apparel Coordinator

An apparel brand is seeking a Wholesale Apparel Coordinator to join their team in January 2024 You will act as a liaison between design, sales, and overseas teams daily.

Looking for:

• A motivated self started who strives to exceed customer's expectations and requests.
• Someone who can move quickly and accurately through a variety of daily tasks including: purchasing, fulfillments and following purchase orders from pre-planning to delivery.
• An effective and professional communicator via phone and email.
• Someone that excels at time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities:

• Place and track orders and mange production milestones from inception to completion
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports to track production and customer requirements
• Track samples from development to production
• Track product details for major private label accounts
• Review all samples with Designer for approval
• Track and analyze supplier costing
• Review and verify packaging and coordinate details with factory

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
• EDI + Production Ops a plus
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and ERP Software
• Ability to multi-task
• Customer oriented
• Positive attitude

Pay Rate:$30-$35/HR
