Job Title: DuckCreek Policy Lead

Work Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - Onsite)

Required Experience:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of exp in DuckCreek Policy development

Technical Skills (Primary):

• Required technical skills DuckCreek Manuscript development and Progressive DuckCreek experience.
• Working experience on XML, XSL, XSLT.
• Hands on Experience on Configuring state specific rules.
• Configure rules to point to native UI as much as possible.
• An IT Apps Programmer develops high-quality cost-effective information technology solutions for business related problems by creating and maintaining software programs components or applications.
• Performs development testing activities and documents how the software was developed and will be maintained Supports systems or applications in a production environment.
• Acts as a subject matter expert or escalation point on various technology topics Work may include multiplatform projects small scale projects and fixing production problems.
• Adherence to Application Development Documentation Best Practices.
• Experience in conducting Design & Code Reviews.

Technical Skills (Secondary – Nice to have, NOT MANDATORY):

• Duck Creek Certification a plus.
• Insurance Certification a plus.
• Familiar with Agile software development methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• As this is an onsite role, must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Insurance Domain Knowledge.
• Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
• Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation.
• Experience in Onsite-offshore model.
