Day to Day

Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a highly talented Website Manager to focus primarily on creating and maintaining state-of-the art websites. The Website Manager will leverage data analysis and website best practices to drive conversion rate optimization. You will lead a team and work cross-functionally to ensure website KPIs are being met and aligned to business objectives. Monitor website usability and the consumer experience in partnership with 3rd party vendors to improve site performance, merchandising options, engagement, and conversion rate. Conduct website auditing and standardization across all website properties. Responsible for website functionality including but not limited to navigation, experience, and ensuring visitors can easily find the information they are looking for. Analyze, report, and interpret metrics and implement strategies to grow web presence and audience. Report on performance metrics monthly. Assure ADA compliance. Develop, maintain and update website content in conjunction with other agency departments. Troubleshoot, debug, fix broken links, images, etc. with support from an agency. Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures. Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information. Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans and monitor website core health vitals. Improve the User Experience of the website regularly. Collaborate with agency to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards. Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices. Manage and support a team to prioritize projects and tasks aligned to business goals. Provide leadership and strategy for all things website related. Develop a holistic view of the customer journey for certain website products, apply data and insights to inform website experience. Work with and manage multiple vendor relationships at the enterprise level
