Creative Project Manager - Large Format Printing (Atlanta, GA)

Contract to Hire / 3-4 days a week onsite

We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be onsite 4 days a week and offering 1 day of work-from-home flexibility.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage all aspects of large format print projects, from initial client intake to final delivery and installation.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, prepress specialists, and production teams to ensure projects meet the highest quality standards and deadlines.
  • Meticulously review project specifications, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
  • Source and manage vendors for materials and installation.
  • Track project budgets and timelines, proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee quality control procedures to guarantee flawless final products.


To be successful, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the large format print industry.
  • A strong understanding of the large format printing process, from file preparation to substrate selection and finishing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and design software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat).
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Experience with estimating and quoting large format print projects.
  • Working knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to signage and displays.
