About the Firm:

  • Established in 2021 with a solid reputation for getting things done right the first time.
  • No rush to hire—this is a deliberate and strategic expansion, meaning you’ll have the time and space to integrate into the firm’s culture and make an impact.
  • Flexibility: You can control your hours and workload—bill a minimum of 4 hours daily and enjoy the flexibility to take time off when needed for appointments, personal matters, or family obligations.
  • Compensation:
  • Base salary between $125K - $150K annually, with quarterly bonuses based on billable hours.
  • Origination credit: Bring your own clients? You’ll receive 20% of billables for any clients you bring in and that are billed and collected (98% collection rate).
  • Bonuses for exceeding 240 hours per quarter.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-10 years of family law experience. You should have a deep understanding of family law matters, including divorce, custody, alimony, child support, and more.
  • A book of business: Ideally, you bring 30+ clients with you—whether from a solo practice or prior firm experience.
  • Located within Central Florida—ideally, close to Orange County, Lake County, Brevard County, or Volusia County (no Miami applicants, please).
  • Must be comfortable with a 100% virtual environment, but still maintain a close connection with the team.
