We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to enhance our marketing efforts through expert management of our HubSpot automation system and meticulous execution of diverse marketing campaigns. This position will be reporting to the Director of Demand Gen & Growth Marketing.

In this role, you’ll ensure our marketing database is segmented, our campaigns are impactful, and our strategies are data-driven. You will work closely with sales and marketing to align objectives, ensuring seamless follow-up on leads generated from our campaigns. Responsibilities:

  • Administer the HubSpot marketing automation system, including workflows, emails, landing pages, and list imports.
  • Manage end-to-end email campaign production and execution, including planning, list segmentation, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization in HubSpot & Salesforce
  • Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign setup, conversion, nurturing, and database management
  • Define goals and success metrics for marketing programs, reporting on results
  • Maintain database hygiene, perform data migrations, and create segments
  • Build landing pages in HubSpot and doing content updates as needed
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and communication regulations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a MarketingOps role
  • Familiarity with marketing automation software (HubSpot required)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to back up assumptions and assess the success of marketing programs.
  • Experience in supporting sales and marketing in a software company.
  • Detail-oriented, self-reliant, and process-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce; knowledge of HTML or other development languages is a plus.
  • Understanding of communication regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting and come into the Boston office 2-3 days/week
  • Some travel required (10%)
