About This Role: 

Berlin Laser is seeking a passionate and experienced Esthetician who loves all things beauty and skincare. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a talented team to provide top-notch esthetic treatments while occasionally assisting at the front desk. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Treatments: Provide a range of advanced laser hair removal treatments ensuring an exceptional client experience at all times.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct thorough skin analyses and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Education and Advice: Educate clients on skincare products and regimens to enhance their treatments and overall skin health.
  • Safety and Protocols: Ensure patient safety and comfort by maintaining high standards of care and adhering to all laser safety precautions, accurately documenting procedures in client records.
  • Sales and Upselling: Drive clinic sales through upselling services and working to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Front Desk Support: Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client profiles
  • Equipment Maintenance: Keep treatment equipment and supplies well-maintained, including sterilization and preparation for use.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest skincare products and laser technologies through ongoing education and participation in team meetings and seminars.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance that reflects the industry standards and the Berlin Laser brand.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Esthetician performing laser hair removal within a Med Spa, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery setting.
  • Licensing: Valid Esthetician license for the state of New York
  • Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Passion for Beauty: Strong enthusiasm for the beauty industry and working with clients to achieve their skincare goals.
  • Team Player: Must be a self-starter and a team player, able to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a positive attitude and flexibility in work hours, including nights and weekends.
