SAP Trainer

Job Title: Warehouse Management System Trainer/SAP

Location: New Cumberland, PA (Onsite + Travel)

Duration: Full-Time

About the Role:

Join our team as a Warehouse Management System Trainer, where you'll be instrumental in training and coaching our warehouse staff on SAP WMS operations. Your expertise in warehouse management systems, leadership, and training will be key to maintaining smooth operations across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training and over-the-shoulder coaching on SAP WMS.
• Participate in daily meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and updates.
• Assist in the review and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures post-training.
• Develop coaching materials and training checklists.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a warehouse worker or team leader.
• Proficiency in SAP WMS and warehouse management systems.
• Experience drafting and revising warehouse Standard Operating Procedures.
• Proven track record in leading and providing technical direction to warehouse staff.

Travel Requirement:

• Up to 80% travel required, with intervals of 4 to 6 weeks at a time across the U.S.
• Significant overtime expected.
