What role you will play in our team


The sales position related to lithium battery materials is primarily responsible for selling the company's lithiumion battery materials and related supporting products, expanding the company's sales share in the market, and assisting in promoting the company's products and services to increase brand awareness and customer satisfaction.


What you will do


✓ Understand customer needs and requirements, provide products and services that meet customer requirements

✓ Responsible for contracting, changing, executing and maintaining customer contracts, updating customer-related information;

✓ Conduct market research to master information about competitor's products, prices, marketing strategies, etc., analyze and evaluate market trends and sales, and formulate sales strategies and budgets;

✓ Establish and maintain customer relationships, participate in customer activities and exhibitions, provide technical support and services to customers, handle customer complaints and after-sales service;

✓ Coordinate and communicate with product management, finance, logistics, production and other departments to complete orders, production, and delivery on time

✓ A highly motivated team player with excellent oral and written communication skills

✓ Listens actively, summarizes information and asks appropriate questions to fully understand concepts, activities and priorities

✓ Ability to analyze business performance and identify the areas of improvement

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience


✓ B2B sales experience

✓ Preferably from new energy industry or car industry

✓ Experience in battery material sales or sales management, familiar with the lithium-ion battery material market, products.
