Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist at Edlund Company in Burlington, VT. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, desktop computers, information technology, and help desk support on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Desktop Computers and Information Technology knowledge
  • Experience in Help Desk Support
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Relevant certifications in IT support
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
