Our client is seeking to bring on a Contract Sr. Compensation Analyst for a 4-month project. Reporting to the Manager of Compensation, this position is responsible for conducting thorough analyses of compensation data, evaluating job classifications, and making recommendations to support the organizations compensation strategy.


Qualifications/Duties:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related roles
  • Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools, HRIS systems, and data analysis software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Exposure to compensation tools such as Mercer, Salary.com and PayScale
  • Familiarity with Executive Reviews, FLSA guidelines, job evaluations, job analysis and pay grades.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field


This is a hybrid role and the candidate must be commutable to Granville Ohio.
