Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector. They are currently seeking a dedicated HP Operator to join their team, working with advanced digital printing technology to support high-impact product creation. Focus:

  • Operate and maintain the Digital HP Press Machine, including setup, run, and regular maintenance tasks to ensure high-quality output and maximum productivity.
  • Supervise adherence to safety protocols, addressing any hazards immediately or escalating to the supervisor as necessary.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to sustain equipment functionality, quality, and service; document all maintenance for compliance and verification.
  • Interpret and follow job tickets accurately, maintaining awareness of all tools and instruments necessary for efficient press operation.
  • Communicate proactively with the supervisor regarding required parts or service needs to optimize press performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments when required to meet production objectives.
  • Demonstrate operational proficiency in startup, monitoring, and troubleshooting press operations.


Skill Set:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience in the digital print industry is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and color accuracy.
  • Ability to follow instructions, particularly for safety and operational protocols.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Proficiency in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
