Job Description:

You will be responsible for the overall financial health of each project. You will be responsible for the completion of each project on or under budget. You will have (2) direct reports that are your field Project managers, you will keep track of all purchase orders, man hours, and materials purchased for each project. You will also be responsible for the scheduling of your crews, making sure they have a clear expectation of what they are to do for the day and for the week. You will be our point of contact for our customers and GC’s updating them on the status of where we are with their project weekly and sometimes daily. You must have a clear understanding of where we are with each project at any given time.


Job Functions:

-Track all purchase orders to budget

-Track man hours to budget

-Keep servicetitan up to date with the correct information

-Negotiate pricing with vendors

-Complete change orders

-Update customers

-Solve problems in the field

-Maintain the margin set by management on each project

-Schedule field staff

-Schedule subcontractors

-Order all material and equipment for each project (issuing purchase orders)

-Complete weekly progress billing with our accounting team

-Set up each “task” for each project

-Have a clear understanding of where we are at with each project

-Communicate with permitting admin with all information needed to secure our permit

-Participate in weekly meetings

-Complete a lessons learned report after the completion of each project

-Put together a daily, weekly and monthly schedule of what we are going to complete.

-Assist in other areas as needed by management
