ARROW WORKFORCE is a staffing agency that focuses providing temp labor to local and national clients. We are currently looking for a Bilingual "Warehouse Supervisor" to join our team in Las Vegas, NV.


Warehouse (On-Site) Supervisor


Shifts: 5 days per week, including weekends.


Pay Rate: $20.00hr. Paid Weekly


Job Duties: In this position, you will be responsible for general duties involving Warehouse personnel:

  • Manage and track key staffing metrics Maintain close contacts with key client representatives to ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
  • Will supervise our workforce and be the primary contact between the warehouse managers and our employees.
  • Responsible for facilitating the onboarding/new hire orientation process Screen and select candidates to best fit the needs of our client and workforce forecasts Interaction with our employees on a daily basis.
  • Consistent implementation of the recruitment plan to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent. Stay up-to-date on staffing industry changes by offering innovative, creative, and efficient employment solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strategic partnership with the customer through a detailed understanding of the business, strategic direction, process, and policies of the customer. Develop innovative ways to approach staffing and problem resolution Involvement with safety and training meetings.


Qualifications:

  • Must understand staffing or similar
  • Bi-Lingual preferred Must have supervisory experience
  • Must have strong leadership skills and be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to travel from site to site (license and vehicle preferred)
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be people-oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to meet strict deadlines
  • Good computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is a must
  • Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
