Location: Aiken, SC (on-site position)

Pay: $15/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm

Job Description:

As an Application Processor, you will play a crucial role in determining individual and family eligibility for our program. Your responsibilities will include collecting and evaluating documentation from applicants to ensure the integrity of the program. After a period of classroom-style training, you will have your own cubicle-style work area in our local center.

Key Responsibilities:

-Evaluate documentation to determine eligibility accurately and efficiently.

-Use critical thinking skills to apply training and make determinations.

-Occasionally communicate with customers by phone for clarification or additional information.

-Navigate between systems and multiple screens daily.

-Ensure proficiency in processes, policies, procedures, and system updates.

-Monthly review of metrics/KPIs to ensure accurate and timely determinations.

-Receive one-on-one coaching for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

-Familiarity with computers and standard Microsoft Office software.

-Basic mathematical computation skills.

-Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

-Best-in-class customer service skills.
