We are a utility construction company looking for a trustworthy and motivated administrative assistant to assist both the Director of Finance and the Operations Coordinator with daily tasks and long term projects. Incumbent will serve
as administrative support including data entry into QuickBooks and Excel, paper and digital filing and general schedule organization and task management in Asana. Incumbent will also perform weekly audits on receipts and invoices to ensure that we have all required documentation for our files. Must work quickly and have excellent problem solving skills. Follow through and personal organization skills are vital. We have a very healthy and productive work environment so it is imperative to find the right fit to keep our team balanced. A drug test, job reference check and background check are required prior to employment. This job will be part-time hourly with the potential to become full-time depending on performance. Willing to train/coach for the right fit.
