Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee high-end residential projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, manage budgets, and optimize project schedules using tools like MS Project.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and on-site teams to maintain clear communication and efficient workflows.
- Lead weekly client meetings, provide regular updates, and manage change orders effectively.
- Ensure quality control through site visits, milestone reviews, and punch list management.
- Handle post-construction closeout, including documentation, final inspections, and after-action reviews.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in high-end residential construction project management.
- Proficiency in MS Project, QuickBooks, and Excel with expertise in cost estimating and critical path scheduling.
- Strong technical knowledge in all construction phases, particularly in high-performance building.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
