Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy Development: Define and implement key organic and SEO growth opportunities for Talent Solutions, working closely with Web Marketing, Web Technology, and Product partners.
  • Organic Traffic Growth: Drive incremental organic SEO traffic to the Talent Solutions website.
  • Competitive Analysis: Build and maintain a matrix of keyword content strategy data in relation to competitors.
  • Content Strategy: Conduct keyword research and discovery to inform content strategy and uncover new keywords and target markets.
  • Collaboration: Develop and manage an SEO strategy with input from multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Optimization: Optimize content via our Content Management System (CMS) and work with SEO agencies on foundational recommendations.
  • Data Analysis: Review and analyze SEO and keyword data; use Adobe Analytics to develop opportunity projections for website and revenue growth.
  • Reporting: Build and maintain a quarterly report on SEO growth and provide actionable insights based on data.


Candidate Capabilities:

  • Enterprise-Level Experience: Proven experience managing SEO programs for large-scale brands.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SEO tools and technologies (Google Search Console, SEM Rush, Bright Edge, Adobe Analytics). Experience with CMS systems like Adobe Experience Manager is essential.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about SEO across multiple properties and develop rules of engagement for various stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, reporting, and delivering business results.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling recommendations and influence executive and senior leaders.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and work within agile development methodologies.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Basic Qualifications:
