What we are looking for in our Logistics and Supply Chain Analyst?
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics and Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and improving our logistics and supply chain operations. Your expertise will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods and materials throughout our supply chain, from suppliers to end customers. You will collaborate with various departments to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and drive data-informed decisions.
· Supply Chain Optimization: Work closely with procurement, inventory management, and operations teams to recommend and implement process improvements, cost-saving strategies, and performance-enhancing initiatives.
· Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tracking and control, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory costs. Help to balance supply and demand through data-driven forecasting models
· Logistics Coordination: Analyze shipping routes, transportation methods, and carrier performance to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods. Collaborate with external logistics providers and internal teams to resolve any shipping or delivery issues.
· Risk Management & Compliance: Monitor supply chain risks and work proactively to mitigate disruptions (e.g., delays, shortages, regulatory changes). Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
· 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain analysis, or operations management, preferably in a manufacturing, retail, or distribution environment.
· Proficient in MS Excel and other data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Familiarity with ERP and supply chain management software specifically Acumatica but also SAP, Oracle, or similar.
· Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling data, reports, and logistical processes.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to management and team members.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
