Our practice offers occupational, speech, and feeding therapy services to children in a supportive and fun environment. Our mission is to help children reach their full potential by improving their motor, sensory, communication, and feeding skills.

Role Description

Are you interested in helping children be their best selves and meet their potential? Come and join our fantastic team We are in search of a pediatric occupational therapist to join our growing, multidisciplinary team of passionate, intentional, and motivated clinicians. Mentoring available to newer clinicians or those seeking mentorship in the area of pediatric occupational therapy. We serve children with needs including sensory processing, fine-motor, emotional regulation, feeding, and neurodevelopmental challenges. We strive to be a neurodiversity-affirming practice while helping all of our clients and their families achieve their goals.

Mentoring and structured onboarding is provided with ample time for observation and shadowing.

This can be a full-time or part-time position. It is on-site only (no remote/hybrid option).

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations using formal and informal assessment measures and set measurable goals for clients.
• Maintain timely documentation records.
• Provide therapy services for children with a varied range of challenges and needs.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, outside professionals, and clients' families.
• Effective time management skills.
• Completion of session notes in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Pediatrics skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington
