Day to Day:
A client of Insight Global’s is looking for a Integration Support Specialist to join their team. This person will handle production support tickets and coordinate with stakeholders. Responsibilities include understanding high-level product descriptions or requirement documents, proposing reusable software designs at the module level, and decomposing design elements into structured code following coding guidelines. The role involves preparing and executing test cases, developing test codes or test harnesses, tracing and resolving issues and bugs, and documenting work, software designs, and test reports. The candidate will plan, organize, and execute assignments with minimal supervision, participate in peer reviews, and ensure timely deliveries of modules, documentation, and customer releases. Staying updated with technological and market trends, ensuring team motivation and morale, and supporting smooth project execution through peer coordination are also key aspects of the role. Additional duties may be assigned by management.
