Shift: Monday -Friday, either first shift (6:00am - 2:30pm) or second shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm).
Hourly rate: $18-21/hr (~$36-42,000/year)
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our client's dynamic team. You will be responsible for a variety of manufacturing tasks to produce high-quality products, including assembly, troubleshooting, and operating advanced robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various manufacturing tasks to produce high-quality products.
- Process work orders to complete products for inventory.
- Assemble piece parts into sub-assemblies using standard tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wire crimping tools).
- Complete mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies using hand tools, electronic, and pneumatic tooling.
- Use laboratory tools to measure and quantify materials.
- Troubleshoot components of PCBs and electromechanical assemblies.
- Operate within MS XP operating systems.
- Interpret quality data to make processing decisions.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with standard laboratory practices.
- Knowledge of lasers, laser-optics, electro-optics, electronics, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Experience with SOPs, travelers, ECOs, and GMP is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in responsibilities.
