Company Description
Our client, a 200+ EE company based in Bala Cynwyd is hiring for an HR Director (Head of HR).
Role Description
This role will own Payroll, Benefits, and Employee Relations. It is hands-on and requires three days per week in the office. The role will manage all day-to-day HR needs from employee grievances to wellness programs, and everything in between. Additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a human resources generalist role
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow
- Owning payroll as the administrator
- Strong understanding of Self-insured benefits
- Ability to work across multiple timezones
- Ability to be in the office at least three times per week
- Ability to work cross-functionally with the business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic HR guidance to leadership
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are beneficial
