We pride ourselves on our boutique approach, offering tailored services that emphasize discretion, expertise, and exceptional client care. As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planner to join our team.
Position Overview: Working alongside our Advisors, the Financial Planner will play a crucial role in delivering bespoke financial strategies and solutions to our high-net-worth clients. This role requires a deep understanding of sophisticated financial planning techniques, investment management, and estate planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong client-centric mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work as a team to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:

- Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with the firm’s investment team to confirm and monitor the achievement of client goals.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all financial plans and recommendations comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Client Education & Communication:

- Educate clients on financial concepts, strategies, and market conditions.
- Provide proactive advice and updates on financial matters affecting clients.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other advisors and support staff to deliver cohesive and integrated financial solutions.
- Participate in firm-wide meetings and contribute to the development of new strategies and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or advanced certifications preferred).
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation or equivalent professional certification required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, preferably within a high-net-worth or boutique wealth management environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in investment management, estate planning, tax strategies, and retirement planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Why Join Us:
- Opportunity to work in a prestigious and dynamic boutique firm with a focus on high-net-worth clientele.
