We are looking for an experienced plumber with a great attitude to join our team. Your role will be to install and repair a wide variety of residential plumbing systems according to company standards. At Lakeside we believe in providing the customer with a high quality experience. Pays base wages, plus additional performance pay and commission.


Required Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years Residential Plumbing Service Experience
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience with sump pumps, water treatment, kitchen, and bath fixtures
  • Drug-Free Workplace.
  • Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes.
  • Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder.
  • Lift and/or move objects weighing 50-100lbs
  • Understand and communicate benefits of plumbing service programs
  • Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, idea's and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers
  • Desired Qualifications
  • Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber's card
  • Experience working with copper, PVC and pex tubing


Essential Functions and Responsibilities


  • Arrive at job site at scheduled time and location as dispatched
  • Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • Able to install atmospheric and power vented water heaters up to code
  • Able to install tankless water heaters
  • Complete all service related forms properly
  • Complete jobs within budgeted times with high customer satisfaction
  • Follow instructions from supervisor and/or dispatcher and carry out in timely manner
  • Report problems with company tools or vehicle promptly
  • Complete service repairs as approved by customer


Technical Duties


  • Diagnose and repair water softeners, iron filters and RO systems
  • Water testing and recommendations of water treatment equipment
  • Use of plumbing service tools
  • Ability to layout and install vents
  • Ability to layout, design and install drain systems
  • Ability to layout, design and install supply water systems
  • Ability to read and interpret plumbing diagrams and blueprints and make accurate material lists
