Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with other partners across the firm's practice group on a broad range of sophisticated transactions.
  • You will focus on tax and wealth planning for high-net worth individuals and families.
  • Research tax issues associated with various types of transactions including disclaimers, gifts, bequests, lifetime gifts and income tax consequences.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of tax and estate planning experience.
  • Experience working with high net worth and ultra high net worth clients.
  • Ideally have an LLM in Tax.
  • Licensed to practice in Illinois.
  • Strong writing and case management skills.
