Police Officer

An Insight Global client is hiring a Law Enforcement Officer to join their team. This officer will be responsible for enforcing laws and regulations within the jurisdiction, conducting investigations, and maintaining public safety. Key duties include responding to emergencies, providing first aid, and collaborating with other law enforcement agencies. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as a commissioned law enforcement officer at the federal, state, county, city, or tribal level. They must also manage public safety efforts, maintain strong professional relationships, and uphold the community’s values and mission.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience as a commissioned law enforcement officer at the federal, state, county, city, or tribal level with at least two years off of probation.
• Valid driver’s license required for work-related vehicle use.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid Certifications within one year of hire date.
• Must successfully pass a background screening/investigation as per established requirements.
• Once the Candidate passes the interview, then the Law Enforcement Assistant will set up the Candidate to take the psychological and polygraph tests.
• Once the Candidate passes both the psychological and polygraph tests, then a job offer will be presented to Candidate.
• The Director/Chief will conduct a command review of the applicant’s complete application for approval.
