Our client is a leader in the eye care industry by constantly moving boundaries by use of extensive research and cutting-edge technology to provide tailored optimized experiences - both for the eye care professional and the spectacle wearer.


This person will be a vital part of assisting the HR team with Open Enrollment season and will collaborate effectively with vendors, management, and employees about changes to existing benefits.


Location: Onsite in Lewisville Texas

Shift: Full-time 40 hours/week. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Pay: $21-22/hr


Day in the Life -

  • Setting up employee benefits in ADP, auditing.
  • Providing information to explain changes in benefits to employees and answering employee queries about benefits plans
  • Auditing benefits plans in employee profiles
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors, management, and employees about changes to existing benefits plans
  • Help to reconcile benefit vendor invoices
  • Help with Coordinate and communicating Open Enrollment including preparing materials and presenting benefit plan changes to employees
  • Keep all employee personal information Confidential


Keys to Success -

  • 1-2 years Benefits related experience. Experience with open enrollment would be a plus
  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish & English (able to speak and write in both)
  • Knowledge benefit plans including Health, Dental, Vision FSA, HSA, Life/Add, STD, LTD, EAP, Voluntary plans and 401K plans
  • Understanding of Leave of Absence (LOA), and ADA
  • The ability to present information clearly and in a manner that is understandable to employees and to answer questions
