Litigation Paralegal

Project Recruit has partnered with a top-rated regional multidisciplinary law firm seeking to add a Senior Leasing Associate to its growing practice group. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft cover letters and other correspondence related to litigation matters.
• Maintain organization, management and updates to client files/pleadings both electronically and on paper.
• Index and summarize documents and depositions.
• Basic legal and factual research.
• Provide discovery and substantive motion support, such as drafting and preparing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant litigation experience
• Proficient in Lexis, Westlaw, Microsoft Word & Excel, and ADOBE Acrobat Professional
• Excellent, organizational, communication, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong verbal and written communications
