Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, comparing actual results to budgeted/forecasted figures, calculating variances, and explaining the causes of these variances to management.
  • Perform cost analyses and provide recommendations to reduce costs and enhance financial performance.
  • Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis, drive process improvement, provide financial forecasts, and recommend optimization actions to management.
  • Assist in the budget process.
  • Interpret data on price, yield, stability, future investment-risk trends, economic influences, and other factors affecting investment programs.
  • Guide the cost controlling process and collaborate with management to enforce policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial analysis and general or cost accounting.
  • Experience in consolidation and intercompany accounting.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP and accounting systems, with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong fluency in Excel formulas and functions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, self-motivated, and self-disciplined.
