Our client, a rapidly expanding & is currently seeking a full-time, on-site Strategic Sales Director of Cross-Sell.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to devise effective strategies aimed at maximizing client account value.
  • Identify strategic cross-selling opportunities within our existing client base.
  • Develop targeted strategies to transition customers from initial purchases to subsequent ones, enhancing customer lifetime value.
  • Conduct all duties in a professional, responsive, and collaborative manner, projecting a positive image of the company.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary as part of the job requirements.


Driving Repeat Purchases:


  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to pinpoint segments of one-time buyers and execute personalized campaigns to encourage repeat purchasing behaviour.
  • Work with client success teams to establish a cross-sell referral program.


Customer Insights & Analytics:


  • Utilize customer data to delve into trends, behaviour's, and engagement opportunities.
  • Leverage analytics to refine marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with our target audience.


Skills and Experience:


  • We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the software sales sector.
  • Proficiency in cross-selling multiple product lines is highly valued. While familiarity with the construction industry, including its platforms and software solutions, is advantageous, it's not a strict requirement.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of effectively managing and leading a team of quota-carrying representatives.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential for fostering collaboration with stakeholders, clients, and colleagues.
