We're on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Engineer proficient in Java, AI/ML, and Big Data technologies. In this role, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of innovative, scalable solutions. Collaborating with diverse teams, you'll design, build, and deploy robust services and applications, revolutionizing customer service efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, fostering collaboration with business stakeholders and product teams.
  • Develop and deploy AI/ML applications using Java, Python, and cutting-edge industry tools.
  • Keep abreast of AI/ML, Java, and Python trends, contributing to ongoing innovation.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to optimize AI/ML solutions and conduct research on emerging technologies.
  • Analyze datasets to uncover insights for AI model refinement.
  • Optimize AI models for enhanced performance and accuracy.
  • Exhibit expertise in RDBMS and NoSQL databases, integrating them seamlessly into projects.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with product managers.
  • Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Architect and engineer Genesys framework components, implementing CI/CD processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 8+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in API, ETL, and microservices development using Spring Boot or Vertx.
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Vertx, Reactive framework, and Python.
  • In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with Big Data platforms and RESTful API design.
  • Cloud computing expertise and architecture design proficiency.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Effective leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
