What You'll Do:

As a pivotal part of our team, you will:

  • Take charge of the plant's electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Drive the development and implementation of the capital budget.
  • Spearhead initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and integrate cutting-edge technologies.
  • Offer indispensable advice and guidance to our leadership team, impacting decisions and future strategies.

Your role is crucial, overseeing a skilled maintenance manager and a team of five, within a tight-knit community of 50 employees who thrive on mutual support and collaboration beyond their regular duties.


Who You Are:

  • A dynamic, driven, and outgoing leader passionate about chemical manufacturing.
  • Armed with a Bachelor’s in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 7 years of experience.
  • Well-versed in PSM regulated environments, with a solid track record in batch processing and safety program implementations.
  • Skilled in writing procedures and work instructions—your expertise will guide our continuous improvement.
