Graphic Designer

Must include link to their portfolio in submission summary

• MedTech / Biotech experience (preferred)
• Focus on strong portfolio OR extensive experience
• Portfolio must be organized, not just random display of their work
• Fully onsite (Tustin, CA)

Responsibilities

• Critical thinking skills, using reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses, and creativity to seek alternative solutions and approaches to challenges
• Knowledge and proficiency of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Ability to take in and clarify objectives and goals of clients, having a client-service mindset
• Knowledge of current trends, principles of, and professional standards for branding, layout, typography, color usage, photography/illustration usage, and creative graphic design to support business, scientific, and organizational goals
• Work between print and digital design projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience as a graphic design professional (Nice portfolio required at time of application submitted)
• Years experience with UI / UX
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects
• Ability to create integrated graphic design solutions that effectively communicate with intended audiences and support the brand/sponsors’ brands
• Ability to understand and use brand standards effectively
• Confident working in an environment with high expectations
• Receptive and responsive to continuous feedback
