About the Company:

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a contract Logistics Coordinator for our Scientific partner in West Chester, OH. This position is On-Site in Ohio. The anticipated wage for this position is $18.00 hourly. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


About the Role:

Provides support to clinical supplies operations and administrative activities in all areas of clinical supplies lifecycle of low complexity studies.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates, supports and performs administrative work to support the department.
  • Supports the day to day operations of the study drug, comparators and ancillaries management.
  • Supports department project teams as assigned member.
  • Completes role specific training compliance and timesheets completion and release.
  • May coordinate or serve as a liaison cross-functionally.
  • Assists in the processing of clinical supplies.
  • Tracks inventories and expiration dates of all department drug products and medical devices. Issues monthly status reports.
  • Ensures all activities executed by Depots comply with company practices and client requirements.
  • Arranges purchases of additional supplies upon request.
  • Supports logistic & administrative activity.
  • Participates in Project mini-teams.
  • Attends training on new regulations concerning GMP and GDP activities.
  • Interacts with electronic management systems.


Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
  • Technical positions may require a certificate.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 1 year).


Required Skills:

  • Basic English and good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and high quality deliverables.
  • Good computer and data entry skills.
  • Capable of working on issues of a diverse and confidential nature.
  • Capable of working in a team environment as well as work independently with direct supervision.
  • Adaptive to changes.
  • Ability to utilize proper channels of communications to voice concerns and suggestions.


Preferred Skills:

  • Standing up to 6 hours per shift.
  • Exposure to warehouse atmosphere is successful in this role.
  • Courier and inventory experience is successful in this role.
