Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reporting.
  • Implement and maintain safety and security standards to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate and monitor the performance of warehouse staff, providing training and development where necessary.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to optimize warehouse efficiency.
  • Schedule and oversee inbound/outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Develop strategies to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Manage the maintenance of warehouse equipment and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
