Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Business Technical Analyst, that will be responsible for managing the Global Restaurant Tech Lab Environment up to 40+ labs. This role will be responsible to managing the Intake request and working through various requirements for the incoming requests. They will be required to work with various team members to ensure the latest software is installed and running on the Labs in this location. They will also track and manage the hardware lifecycle and budget planning for each year. This role will also be expected to work on new innovative projects in preparation of installing this in our one GTSS Production restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Lab intake process and communicating with each team to ensure all lab requests are handled efficiently
  • Standardize the labs with all Global Applications and ensure we have healthy labs and they are up-to-date and operational
  • Standardize the Labs with all approved global hardware and managing the lifecycle of the hardware, ensuring all equipment is current and functional
  • Ability to communicate effectively and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Coordinate and/or execute plans to ensure that technical solutions in the lab meet the needs of the business
  • Working with the Senior Manager on budget and resource allocation for the Labs
  • Assist on all configurations needs in the lab, ensuring systems are set up correctly and optimized for performance
  • Manage the testing of new innovations when applicable
  • Partner closely with the support and QA teams to assist with support related tickets and effective resolution of issues
  • Maintain and monitor access to the secure lab spaces, ensuring compliance with security protocol
  • Assist in Global events such as worldwide convention setup providing technical support as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant professional work experience with 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Product Manager
  • Understanding of software and hardware installation processes on Windows Operation Systems
  • Knowledge and comfort with Windows Operations systems including Windows 10
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues with software, hardware, and network systems efficiently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable, with a collaborative approach to team work
