We are hiring a Human Resources Assistant for a locally owned global manufacturing company in the heart of wine country This job is perfect for someone who has recently finished schooling or has some experience/interest in the HR world and is looking to uplevel their game on a large scale.

- Keen on development and management of employee training (onboarding and continuous education)

- Comfortable with supporting Annual Review processes with managers

- Knowledgeable with 401k/Roth management/benefits support

- Highly participant in recognition and morale programs

- Experienced in verification of employment and recruitment with temp associates

- Diligent in onboarding and exit interviews

- Able to maintain confidentiality


Preferred Skills (not required):

  • 2 year college degree is preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience utilizing Paycom or similar HRIS software is required
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office including a minimum of intermediate Excel experience required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required: assisting other departments in need of a translator and proofreading of documents
  • Must possess strong English verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate in a positive courteous manner
  • Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to follow through to completion
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, changing environment


REQUIRED:

- Bilingual in Spanish is required: assisting other departments in need of a translator and proofreading of documents
